As a person experiencing any type of loss, you may feel you are left on our own to manage your feelings of grief as best you can and try to get on with your life as fast as possible. You may consider that you are doing well by simply “surviving”. We should all expect better than simply surviving. You can learn to understand the grieving process, move through it more gracefully and give yourself space to honour your grief.
You can be supported in your grief for as long as it takes in ways that nourish you and keep hope alive.
Coming together in community with an intention of healing & peace can be extremely powerful.
The purpose of this workshop is to help you experience a shift from pain to an experience of peace. Your pain could be physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. It could be related to the Covid crisis, or a personal loss - It does not matter. All are welcome.
In this workshop, I will introduce you to tools that can help you transform grief and loss and move forward in your life.
For the workshop, have a comfortable space set up for a meditation experience.
You may also like to have a journal & pen for any insights that may arise.
